There are a variety of ways to financially support the ministry of the church.

 

To contribute to the ministries of the Heart of Texas Mission Center, use one the following options:

 

Offering Envelopes

Disciples generally give Mission Tithes during worship services by using offering envelopes requested from their home congregation financial officer. The receipt received for these contributions allows disciples to track the progress in reaching their individual sharing goal. Contributions mailed to the congregation, mission center, or Community of Christ International Headquarters will also be receipted. Envelopes are available for adults/youth and children.

 

Loose Offerings During Worship

If blank offering envelopes are not available in the pews for your use, contributions may be placed directly in the offering tray. Money donated in this way will not be receipted.

In addition to using Offering Envelopes you can also support the Community of Christ through World Ministries Tithes, by using one of the following additional options:

     

        E-Tithing

        E-Tithing is Community of Christ’s online platform for members and friends in the USA to give Mission  

        Tithes. Giving is safe, easy, and flexible, using desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices. 

        Make one-time or recurring contributions by bank withdrawal, and with credit and debit cards. When you

        set-up a recurring contribution, you decide when giving starts and the frequency of recurrence (weekly, 

        every two weeks, bimonthly, or monthly).

        Go Fund Mission

        Members can also give to specific Community of Christ projects that are of interest to them by going to  

        GoFundMission.

        GoFundMission is a pilot project of the Community of Christ USA Team of Apostles and the six Mission

        Fields in the USA. 

 

        Making a donation on GoFundMission is very easy. Simply find a project you wish to support and click the

        Donate button. You will then be guided through the process. You will need to provide some basic personal 

        information and your payment details.
